To obtain good results you must be sure that 2 branches of temporal artery are closed.
Most patients has this kinds of bifurcation, which easy to be 2 branches closed.
In case of low bifurcation the frontal branch can be free as in picture.
To close 2 branches you must make pressure point lower or put the device in oblic position as in this picture
